Ayesha Dominica is a fiercely independent freelance writer. She has been published regularly since age 13 in community magazines and newsletters, including an international social justice magazine ‘The Axe’. Her almost 7 years at the Express Group saw her work published in most of the group’s newspapers and syndicated across a number of languages. 2011 saw her love for writing take her on a freelance journey, with a host of magazines, PR agencies, corporates, small businesses, and artistic professionals.
When she’s not intimidating strangers with her love for polysyllabic words, Christmas, and British Crime Shows, she works as an artist manager for DJ Russel. She also curates events for various venues and brands, inspired by her college internship as event coordinator for wedding design firm Angel-Dust Creations.
She is prone to withdrawal symptoms if distanced from her books or her Funko collection. But you can easily distract her with the colour yellow, anything Doctor Who, Supernatural, and music trivia.
